Adding Contacts To Your List

Before launching any campaign, you need a contact list. This guide walks you through how to create a contact list, either by bulk upload or manual entry.

Step-by-Step: Creating a Contact List

Step 1: Go to your Neexa Dashboard > Click Outreach in the menu > Click + Campaign to start a new email campaign.

Step 2: In the New Email Campaign form:
You’ll see an option to Create New Contact List.

Select Campaign Type from the dropdown (e.g., email, WhatsApp or Voice Call – both coming soon)

Enter a Campaign Name

Click Continue.

Step 3: Click Add Contact List > Then click New Contact List to create one if it hasn’t been uploaded yet.

Option 1: Bulk Upload Contacts (CSV or Excel)

If you already have contacts saved in a spreadsheet, this is the fastest way to upload.

• Supported formats: .csv or .xlsx
• Max file size: 25MB
• Drag & drop the file, or click to upload

You’ll also see a toggle:
“Use First Row as Header” – enable this if your first row contains column names (e.g., Name, Email, Phone).

After upload, you’ll be prompted to map each column to a field (e.g., email, first name).

Click Upload Contacts to confirm.

Option 2: Add Contacts Manually

You can also add contacts one at a time:

Click New Contact > Fill in the following fields:

• Source (Instagram, WhatsApp, Website, Upload, etc.)
• First Name
• Last Name
• Phone Number
• WhatsApp Number
• Email Address

Click Create to add the contact to your list.

Name & Save Your Contact List

Once all contacts are uploaded or added, give your list a name (e.g., “March Buyers”) and click Save.
You can now return to your campaign setup and select this list.
