Products & Services is a feature inside the Business Information section of your Neexa dashboard. It allows you to extract products and services directly from your website or documents, or add them manually. The system then organizes them into a clean, structured list based on attributes like name, description, price, links, and more depending on the nature of your business. This information powers your AI agent, helping it: Answer product and pricing questions with real accuracy. Share links, brochures, and other resources instantly. Provide customers with detailed, context-rich responses. Think of it as the knowledge base that teaches your AI what your business actually sells. Where to find Products & Services Go to your Neexa Dashboard Click Businesses Click Add Data This will take you to the business page, where you can upload, edit, and organize your product and service information. How to add Products & Services You can add your products and services in three different ways: Adding Information Through Your Website If your website already describes what you do and what you sell, simply share the link. Neexa will scan the site and scrape the information about your products and services from it. Go to your Neexa Dashboard Click Businesses Click Add Data Click Website Enter your Website Url and toggle button on to extract services/products information Click Start Learning You’ll see this message: “Your website is being fetched… this might take a few minutes. Please wait. You can close this modal and check back later.” Once Neexa finishes learning, you’ll see a summary showing the number of pages and products/services it scraped. You can click on either of these to view the full details and check exactly what was captured. Neexa will automatically organize products and services into a structured format. Adding Products and Services Manually You can enter products or services manually to provide structured, detailed information for your AI. This gives you full control over every detail: When to Use This: You only have a few offerings. You want to quickly add without re-uploading a document or re-scraping the website. Your products or services aren’t listed on your website or in existing documents. You want to add specific product or service details that the AI Agent can refer to. Go to your Neexa Dashboard Click Businesses Click Add Data Click Product/Service When you add items manually, you have full control over every detail: Product/service name Description Attributes (e.g., category, price, availability) Products/ service Links Enter product/service name Enter Description Add attributes Select type of attribute Click Save products/service The information entered is structured in a clear format Tip: The more clear and specific your entries, the smarter your AI becomes in customer conversations. Adding Information Through Document Source If you already have your business details stored in documents such as brochures, pricing sheets, service catalogs or FAQs, simply upload these files for the AI Agent to learn from and assist your customers more accurately. Go to your Neexa Dashboard Click Businesses click Add Data Click Document Choose Your Files toggle on Extract Services/products information Click Start Learning Upload Guidelines Supported file types are text documents eg: pdf, txt, csv, spreadsheets. Maximum size per file: 10MB Maximum number of files per upload: 5 Viewing Options Once all information has been added, you can be view in either List Mode (for a quick overview) and Expanded Mode (for detailed information).
